rear lighting connector located

I have a 2011 VStrom DL 650 and i am looking to get the gearbrake module: http://gearbrake.com/.  Anyone have any experience with it or know anyone who has?

Also, where is the rear lighting connector located.  A picture would be nice.

You need to take the rear fender off. http://www.vstrom.info/Smf/index.php/topic,21057.0.html

That will allow access to the connector and its location will be obvious as it will be the last thing to be separated to get the fender off. You might want to get an adapter for that connector that will give you wire access without having to cut into the stock wiring. http://www.easternbeaver.com/Main/Bike_Specific/VStrom/vstrom.html#braketailsignal
